A good example of a paired house, dated 1776 retaining original external features and fabric. Also part of a long, imposing group of 18th century houses on the east side of the road on the outskirts of St Aubin.
Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795. Mirrored pair, two storeys plus attics, three bays. Random granite walls, granite quoins, window/door dressings and substantial granite stacks. Pantile roof. Fielded panelled pine interior shutters.
