Listed building
A mid-18th century property retaining historic character and some historic features. Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.
Two-storey, five-bay house, facing south-west with central doorway, built of random granite with dressed granite quoins and window surrounds. All window sills dropped and late 19th century sash windows installed.
The west gable facade of the rear extension has two bow-fronted 35-pane Georgian-style glazed timber windows, and a door opening to the right hand side of the ground floor window.
