An originally 18th century farm group retaining some original exterior and interior features, most notable 18th century interior panelling, and integrity as a farm group.

Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.

Two-storey, five-bay house with three-bay cottage/wing to the west, former cow shed to the east. Bakehouse and base of pigsties to the north.

The house has 18th century panelling in the hallway, matchboard ceiling in the west room, staircase with cross over, thick turned balusters chamfered balustrade. Interior of cottage, simple 19th century staircase.
