- Piton: There are other properties called Meadow View in St Brelade but Lavinia Elizabeth Piton (1910- ) and her sisters Doris Florence (1912- ) and Joyce Lucy (1921- ) are believed to have been living here in 1941. They were the daughters of James Philip Piton (1884-1942) and Lucy Elizabeth Treen (1886-1921). [1]

Listed building
A small farm group of pre-1795 origins, altered in the 19th century, retaining exterior character. Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.
John McCormack Channel Island Houses identifies the five-bay house as having medieval origins, refaced circa 1600, circa 1800 and 1898. The main house and single-storey east range appear on the 1795 Richmond map.
The central doorway and window opening in second bay have early chamfered granite surrounds with large uprights. The other openings are later unchamfered stonework. The upper floor is a later (19th century?) addition, with brick dressing to openings.
Perpendicular to the east of the house is a single-storey building with slate roof. Random granite walls with large stone quoins and brick dressings. A much altered outbuilding to the west side of the courtyard.

Despite its medieval origins, and first refacing around 1600, this property is not included in either volume
