Listed building
A good example of a mid-19th century rural villa, with associated outbuildings, which retains its character and historic features. Two-storey, three-bay with two-storey, single-bay wing to north, two-storey wing to southwest corner.

- ↑ This stone has been interpreted by HER as CM, but it appears to be CN, with an inverted 'N'. The stone is likely to be for Charles or Clement Nicolle and Elizabeth Baudains, but we have not located a matching marriage
- ↑ We have not been able to fit Jean and Elizabeth into our extensive collection of Nicolle trees. Jean was born in Grouville in 1802, the son of Jean and Elizabeth, nee Touzel, who married in the parish in the previous year. Jean and Elizabeth Noel had three daughters and three sons between 1825 and 1839, all baptised in St Martin
